Live and synchronous. You attend classes on a fixed schedule, together with your instructor and classmates, in real time via videoconference. The only exception is Lesson 13, Pelvic Biomechanics, a recorded bonus class you watch at your own pace. This is not a self-paced course.
It means everyone meets at the same time. Your class has set days and hours, and you take part live: you see and hear your instructor, ask questions out loud or in the chat, and practice with your group during the lesson.
No. The course is built for health professionals and complete beginners alike, including people changing careers and family members who want to support a loved one.
The regular price is $2,200. For open classes the price is $1,700, a $500 savings. A one-time enrollment fee of $70 is charged separately.
